We are proud to welcome Penny Hirsch and Cathy Lamarca to Soni Brendle, PLLC. Both bring decades of experience, deep knowledge of family law, and a shared commitment to guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging moments with clarity, compassion, and strength.

Penny joins Soni Brendle, PLLC as a Senior Attorney, bringing an extensive background in family law litigation and a powerful combination of legal skill and personal understanding.

Penny represents clients in matters involving custody disputes, divorce, equitable distribution, spousal and child support, domestic violence, and grandparents’ rights, as well as premarital and separation agreements, modifications, enforcement actions, and breach of agreement claims throughout Charlotte and the western counties of North Carolina.

Cathy joins our firm as a Senior Paralegal, bringing more than 30 years of family law experience to our team. Originally from Indiana, Cathy relocated with her family to South Florida, where she began and built her career in family law.

Cathy is highly experienced in all aspects of family law. She has represented clients through litigation, mediation, and arbitration, always with a focus on practical solutions and client-centered outcomes.
