Tania brings a distinctive combination of legal, operations, and client relations experience to the firm. Before entering the legal field, she spent a decade in nonprofit operations management, where she led teams, managed complex organizational systems, and worked closely with staff, volunteers, and community leaders. She later transitioned to the legal profession as a paralegal, gaining extensive experience in family law and developing a particular strength for building relationships with clients and helping them navigate what can often be an unfamiliar and stressful process. Tania earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Fayetteville State University and is nearing completion of her Diploma in Paralegal Technology at Fayetteville Technical Community College.
Active in the Raleigh community, Tania is a graduate of Leadership Raleigh, Class 30, a member of the Beta Lambda Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and served as founding chair of the Beta Lambda Sigma Charitable Foundation. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, shopping for shoes and spending time with family and friends. She also has a passion for style and organization and can often be found helping friends transform their closets, not simply by organizing them, but by helping them discover and embrace a personal style of their own.
