Phyllis Fondale

With a business administration and broadcasting student in her college years, Phyllis brings a wealth of customer service and management experience to our door, much of it gained through more than 15 years in the field of higher education recruiting and admissions. As a long-time Lake Norman resident, she is a familiar face and loves engaging in community causes.

In her free time, Phyllis is a water-sports enthusiast, creative vegan cook, passionate animal rights advocate, and doting mom to an adorable kitty named Bougie.  She loves a wide variety of music, but lately finds herself listening to EDM (electronic dance music Her motto:  If it’s too loud, you’re too old!
